<p>There's a known issue with "instanced" blocks and decals applied directly to the block insertion. Blocks become instanced after you get to a certain number-- 5 I think. Your best bet is to apply a decal to an object within the block. You may be able to do this using the in-place block editor in AutoCAD. If not, you can certainly wblock it out, apply the decal, and insert it back in.</p>
