AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

I've been absent because of work, but in the meantime still trying to tame the nxt.
This is the latest result that I have achieved. In the indoor image, I rendered in two separate steps interior daylight and interior lighting, then combined them in image editor.
I still think the result is not the best, and my computer does not help, therefore, if someone can help me with software configuration and video, I can buy platesthe separate parts, because a friend has undertaken to assemble the machine for me.
Thank you all.P.S.: I hate those dots on tha chair and tha back blue wall in outdoor scene!!

Not sure I would recommend that-- the multi-channel approach is much better and more predictable for this.  Combining multiple runs works well if you don't have time to let the thing run.

What engine is this?

Hi, Roy.
It was precisely because of this - lack of time - you suggested multiple runs.
I used Path Trace in the interior image and was Hybrid in the exterior one.

Multiple identical runs are certainly fine.  Combining runs with different lighting will be unpredictable.
I would certainly recommend the hybrid engine for both.  "Firefly" artifacts do happen with this sort of process-- normally they're pretty manageable.  However, there may be some unusual things going on with the outdoor scene.  Make sure the umbrella doesn't have any gaps-- make sure reflective caustics isn't on for the table legs and faucet.  Sun highlight is another thing that can cause this. If you can't figure it out, use the upload link under Support to send it to me

You just told me to combine them. Make it with diferent runs was an option particularly mine.

I don't think I lost in quality. I've try combine 2 identical runs once, and I even noticed the difference

i would use a seamless texture for the outdoor floor. If you don't find anything you can try the "offset" filter in PS. The wood mapping on the chairs is wrong. The interior scene lacks contrast. Maybe some post-processing can help . Here's a fast example:

Thanks for your contribution, Jan! Using photoshop after rendering really improves the work. But when I put a picture here, I prefer to leave it finished without photoshop, just as a result of nxt to see if I can improve some things in rendering process.

I will work better in texture mapping next time.

Cheers!

No photoshop? did you add some volumetric fog? That could be the reason for the lack of contrast.

There's a little amount fo Depth Blur from nxt image editor to reduces the specular noise. I have much of it when using artificial light + sun light.

Good day everyone,Can anyone here help me with these issues i keep having with nxt render for autocad ?1. How do you bring in textured models into autocad ( 3ds and obj) without losing their textures or having to re-assign them.2. How do you move these objects from place to place without experiencing viewport refresh sluggishness in the autocad viewport ?3. How do you add dirt to fabric textures for rendering.4.
