<p>1. Check the sound settings (volume level, volume mixer settings, in Control panel - check the audio devices ->audio and there first section... Sound Playback...Default Device...make sure it's on the correct speakers... check the proper one and Apply. If there is no audio playback device there, check it in Device manager, maybe there is something screwed with the drivers.</p>
<p>2. Check the Java and Flash installed on your machine. Make sure they are installed properly. I would suggest…</p>
