AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

A few things about this one. The jagged lines of the blinds are really annoying in the high cotrast areas. I doubled the rendering speed by leaving the glass out of the windows. I have no reflection but in this case it's hard to notice.

This is awesome! Really good job Jan. To reduce the jagged lines of the blinds, I would suggest to try some Ps effect just in those areas, such as glossy focus or similar. Or, in the case you have a week to wait for it (!!!), doubling the image dimensions and then reduce them in Ps.

George, i seem to remember that there was somekind of control over the antialasing of objects in earlier versions of accurender. Maybe a little idea...

Thanks for the reactions guys. @ Alejandro: Engine = (good old) path tracer, resolution 1200*900, rendering time (embarrassed) 20hours. This must be due to the fact that almost every material has a texture map and reflection but also maybe, maybe, to my slow machine. I'm happy to share the leather material here but i dont know how. No button here to add a file

Nice work, good idea to remove the window glass to reduce rendering times. Nice leather  material. Can you share it?    Tell me about engine, rendering time and resolution. Thanks in advance. Regards, Alejandro

First, stop posting photos here.  :D

Seriously now. Indeed jagged contours are annoying but i have seen them on other super-duper-other-renderers (call me VRay...) renderings, so it doesn't bother me at all. One of the most "photo-real" interior rendering I have ever seen here. Really well done Jan.
