Try materials and entourage from here.

  1. Start with exterior preset.
  2. Check Specify Angles Directly.
  3. Should the camera be on the right looking towards the centre (as in the second image) then the azimuth should be around 130 to 150 (sunlight direction from the left to the centre)
  4. Altitude between 45 and 63.
  5. Your colours are a bit flat too. Have the ISFS set to 0.07; 1.0; 0.37; 1.0
  6. The shader to to Glossy and the Highlight white.
  7. Add bump or displacement to the grass and increase the mapping scale it is tiling.
  8. Your entrance canopy needs to be more transparent since it is plastics.

"Do you ever hide stuff in your scenes? I used to have my dog Joey in EVERY render. Sometimes an icon on a monitor or in a window reflection, or book cover."

"Thanks George. I've had to produce quite a lot of lifestyle images in a short space of time. It's challenging coming up with so many different settings and layouts."
