"Nope-- Windows is a virtual memory system.  If enough RAM isn't present the system will use available disk space (swapfile).  It's just slower."

Tucson House

"No PhotoShop. All plants are models with a few RPC. Ran a batch with this and several other camera images. Background is from Google Earth of Tucson, Arizona. Over all i am pleased with the output and no PS work... but i am always looking for tips…"

"The open file uses up 10Gb of RAM all the time it is open, not just at the start. So, if you haven't got 10Gb to spare, then you can't open it."
