<p>This one is with only 1mm displacement<a href="http://storage.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/55262935?profile=original" target="_self"><img class="align-full" src="http://storage.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/55262935?profile=original" width="251"></img></a> ;the following as meshed solid/meshoption command applied<a href="http://storage.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/55262960?profile=original" target="_self"><img class="align-full" src="http://storage.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/55262960?profile=original" width="228"></img></a> ;it seems to be that meshing/increasing the polygon count solves the problem.</p>

<p>Those aren't black lines but holes in the model, due to applied displacement map (number of 3D faces are "lifted" along the normal so there is a gap between the faces on the edge). Try to lower the displacement distance. Instead of fillet try to use chamfer of the edges.</p>
