Download and install the latest version of OpenDCL Runtime. http://www.opendcl.com/download/ Current Build [7.0.0.5] This should fix the problem.

Roy/ All,Currently use AR5 with AutoCad Architecture 2017. Have, and typically use ACAD 2022, but AR5 doesn't load, so I revert back to 2017 when it's time to use AR5).Long time user...had to create new profile due to Architecture firm closing (boss retired).
