Renewing nXtRender, again

I've had trouble the last few days getting thru "Google Wallet" in order to renew the program.

Last night (Saturday) I was able to get thru the Wallet prompts and finished what I think was a order and closure. Last week I renewed my companies copy and received a prompt e-mail reply acknowledgement and password. As of Sunday night, I have not received an acknowledgement for the Saturday renewel. How can I check if the renewel was completed and I am licensed?
