Type options in AutoCad

go to the Display tab

Under Display resolutions

change the first arc and circle smothness to 1000

then segment in polyline curve to 100

then rendered object smoothness to 10

and leave courtor lines per surface at 4

 

This will ensure your curved solid objects renders smooth without segmentation.
