We are certainly getting good at it. Reduce the cars by one. Have the median and sitout area greened and also move the palm away from the kerb in the sitout area and reduce the height of the kerb too. A night sky background will help nicely too.

 

Your decking (upper floor slab) have it within the wall perimeter and not out or recess it a bit about 75mm so it forms a feature in the design.
