Very interesting form.

Add indirect lighting exterior, also a fence wall behind the building so it does not look as if it is at the edge of the world.

Bump on the surface of the pool and caustic too to improve realism.

Glossiness on the wall to improve whiteness, and displacement in the grass too.

I believe the vehicle scale are reduced too.
