For the pool water start with this;

You can start out with this.

RGB 196, 239, 274

Intensity 0.453, Sharpness 0.486

Transparency 0.964, IOR 2.3

Rubble 0.044, Scale 1500

Material Settings:

Color:RGB 128,128,128, Glossiness:100, Highlights:Non-Metalic

Transparency:100, Translucency:0, Refraction:1.52

How did you get your glass to reflect so?

Pool water needs working on.
