These could be some really great renderings with a little fine tuning.

Add a star field behind the night rendering. Put your lights on channels and play with the levels to get the lights illuminating the grass to drop off more while still illuminating the front of the building.

Try running on using a two point perspective to get rid of the disconcerting pinch to the top.

got some really good effect going with this model. Good work.
