I created this replication of one of Peter Milner's renders, not with AI but with sketchup (with the matchnewphoto tool), autocad and nxtrender.Critics and comments are welcome.

Hola Jorge, buen trabajo, muy buen efecto el del remate del edificio y el concreto manchado. ¿eso lo hiciste en PS?, muy buena aplicación de las texturas (especialmente el concreto estampado y la piedra de la fachada) , hay un par de aspectos de diseño que siendo yo el proyectista reconsideraría y es el diseño de los bancos (muy bonitos pero no se que tan prácticos y resistentes pueda resultar) te aclaro que en Venezuela no durarían nada, el otro tema es el de las fuentes adosadas en la pared del fondo, si ya hacen la inversión para el complejo y costoso sistema de las fuentes yo definitivamente evaluaría darle mayor presencia e impacto, un tema aparte es que veo complicado en ese piso que el niño pueda andar en monopatín ya que con esa textura creo que va a terminar golpeado y adolorido en el piso en el piso :-) Saludos,
