nXt installation for Autocad 2014 not working

I downloaded nXtRender free trial for Autocad 2014 32 bits and is not working.  I have no material library, when I try to render is not working.

I´m purchasing my upgrade from a previous release. What do I have to do until I receive my license numer and authorization code.
