AccuRender nXt

Is this hooked up in the latest build? It seems not to be working.

Should be-- haven't touched it for ages.  It might not be working with the new engines.

It's not just gone back to stable build 271 and it works, must have gotten unhooked along the upgrades.

Also I it is working now in the latest build thank you, but when I click on the preview button the whole thing freezes up and I have to use the three key salute.

I didn't change anything.  When I tested it, it was working fine in the previous build.  This is either a problem I haven't been able to reproduce because of some specific condition, or there is something going on with your particular system.

The preview is working here as well, BTW.

Test on a simple drawing to see if it's generally working.  If you've got a specific example that fails consistently I'd like to take a look at that.

It's working, so will check on a bigger model. Thanks.

On a much bigger model it does not work.

It probably "works" ok-- AutoCAD may become very slow at some point, making the preview impractical.

Means I need an even more powerful system using an i5 with 6MB ram 64bit Win 7.

There may be something wrong-- I'm just guessing.  But the WalkAbout display is run by AutoCAD and related to video performance, not necessarily CPU or memory.  If you want me to try a more complex example you can put one together, upload it, and I'll take a look.  If you decide to go this routine, make it as simple as possible and set up the slide show for me in advance.

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."
