"These I believe show up at the opening of the drawing but do not prevent the applications (plugins) from running. From what I see too, Accurender 3 must have being installed at a point in time and removed, but there are still references to it."

"NXT RENDER detected all maps, so also Accustudio render plugin in AutoCAD, but Accustudio Standalone saw no maps so I had to manually point to the direction of the map each material.

Your Revit order in November 2011 was for license RVLD4037L. What is not working in Revit for you?
Your AutoCAD License is XAMC04487K.
You can download the latest version of nXtRender for AutoCAD from:this was a mail from al hart about my non working revit licence.when I asked for an upgrade, they told me I had to pay for the new version.This is not fun, the old one never worked. And I'm not sure if the new one works. You see, there is no support, they do not answer in the forum, and instead it was you.The other issue, the ADT materials, if there is not possible to seamless integrate NXT in ADT (ACA) then it is a must to have updated step by step tutorials, otherwise we are obliged to build averything by hand in plain acad 3d entities, and it's cumbersome to update everythingwith best regardstm

well, I was happy with the autocad version of accurender, so I decided to buy even a revit licence, because our office is migrating to revit. It never worked, soI talked to them about that release . Nothing happened. then they came with a new release but I was supposed to pay for an upgrade ( which I'm quite unsure if it works) . Look silly if I have to pay for somthing that does not work, then pay again wout having any clue if the new one will work. that about revit. Generally is quite confusing right now about who's who and where the border goes between the acad and revit opperation. the people on the revit side you are pointing at, write at times even on the acacd forum.
about acad ACA/ADT materials , I'll try the trick , but somehow it 's cumbersome if I have to go outside NXT in order to assign NXT materials to entities.

I bought nxt for revit and it never worked
a shame
moreover, I'm trying to get an answer about how to assigt nxt materials to autocad ADT entities, like windows, walls and the like. there are several poats about this issue here and there but I never managed to solve this enigma. So i'm left with two alternatives-to render in native revit, or to construct everithing with plain autocad entities and render with nxt, wich is time consuming.

In AR3 was how to render fonts in Windows ... You typed the letters of any Windows font, and apply the material and everything went right .... I could not do the same NXT .... Create letters I had to manually ... how to render the letters typed by AUTOCAD??

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?
Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this.
