advanced rendering for AutoCAD
I'm designing an office suite entry, and for some reason I'm unable to change the scale of the nXt wood materials. When I render my model, the grain of the wood on the doors is HUGE, and I'm locked out of the material scaling settings in the editor. How can I do this?
Thanks

As far as I can recall, you should never be "locked out" of changing the scale-- not sure what's up here. Try attaching the material file to a message and I'll take a look (or is it one of ours?).
Before you do any of that, however, make sure your drawing units are correct. Use the AutoCAD _UNITS command or the system variable _INSUNITS. Nothing will work properly unless these are set correctly.
Thanks Roy. What should the setting be in _UNITS, or what value should I enter for _INSUNITS? The drawing units setting for all of my drawings is typically inches, with the type of length set to Architectural. Area units is set to square feet. The current value for _INSUNITS is 1.
And all the materials I'm using are AccuRender materials (so far).
The units need to be set correctly for the drawing dimensions. Measure something in your drawing and make sure inches make sense. INSUNITS is documented in the AutoCAD help system-- 1 corresponds to inches.
nXt materials or legacy AR materials. If it's an nXt material attach it here if the drawing units thing doesn't work.
