advanced rendering for AutoCAD

I just started having issues. If I hit the walkabout icon I get the window (Blank) and a messege that there has been an error and something is trying to write to protected memory. I then cancel out and get stuck in a loop of a dialog telling me there is a command in progress and will not let me cancel out. I end up having to close the program using the task manager.

I'll load it up in Acad 2010 and see if that makes any difference.
I've got all the latest, I just stick with 2008 for the most part as it is more stable than the newer versions.

Roy/ All,Currently use AR5 with AutoCad Architecture 2017. Have, and typically use ACAD 2022, but AR5 doesn't load, so I revert back to 2017 when it's time to use AR5).Long time user...had to create new profile due to Architecture firm closing (boss retired).
