How can I use the template located advanced material

I  find   the  changes   of   template   can  not  affect     the   show   of  the   small  windows ?

Don't use the template setting for this.  If you wish to use a Glass material for a child material in a complex texture tree, do the following:

 

1. Create a glass material.
2. Save the material to a file.
3. Create a complex material, such as your Tile example.
4. Highlight the child material you wish to change and right-click on it.
5. Select Load... from the context menu.
6. Load your saved material.
