Lost license

How do I get our license information resent to me?  I don't seem to have any record of it.

I can't find any AccuRender license with either your email address or name.  I do see a lot of Rhino licenses and one Flamingo license.  I'll need some more info to track this down.  If the license was purchased recently it may be a renderplus license.
