NXT object properties

 As a pensioner I'm using version PC23w 1 .0 of NXT render with Autocad 2017. Recently due to one of Autocads many crashes the object properties within NXT can no longer see any objects I select in the  drawing. Can this be repaired without downloading and reinstalling one or other of the programs?

Check the _PICKFIRST system variable.  It needs to be set to 1 (on).
