Nxt Studio Interior Rendering.

Client wants so reviews and I intend to go the Nxt Studio way. Material are simple enough.

• The decal on the wall by the bed head how do I achieve that?
• The lights by the headboard of the bed, the down lighting no problem, the illumination direct of the vertical side lights are my issues. The are area lights.

You'll need to use a material instead of a decal.  The vertical lights will need to be aimed in AutoCAD (or create them horizontally then rotate them into place-- be sure to rotate in the correct direction for the lighting.)
