NXT with 64 bit acad2010

Just got a new 64bit box with Acad2010 64 bit and had NXT 64 bit downloaded.  works until i hit render, then get unhandled exception with details:

 

Application does not support Windows Forms just-in-time (JIT)
debugging. Contact the application author for more
information.

 

Any Ideas?

Not off hand-- it certainly works fine with this platform.  Can you render anything?  A simple sphere, for example.
