Nxtrender rendering walls, doors and windows white

I am having problems with nxtrender. When I tried to render, all my walls and windows and doors show up white while other objects that are solids that I have extruded render properly. Please help me to fix this problem. I'm using autocad architecture 2017

Have you gone to "edit style" on the walls, windows, & doors to override the default style definitions in the materials tab of the "Style Properties" menu?
