settings to use for lighting "study"

I'm done now to make a 3d model for a new project.

I wanted to ask two questions:
what settings to use for lighting "study"?
settings that usually given to make room for autocad interior and exterior views?

Ciao Roberto,

quando carichi un file di illuminazione già salvato, ti conviene controllare che tutti i settaggi siano a posto, perchè credo che non abbiano ancora risolto un piccolo bug per cui a me, per esempio, cambiava il giorno che impostavo.
