advanced rendering for AutoCAD

How can I make the effect of subsurface scattering with NXT? How to set the exactly nunber of tranceparence and tranluence and the three subsurface settings?

You'll have to experiment.  It will be more apparent if you light the back of the statue as well.  I haven't looked at the SSS stuff in a while, so it's possible it may not be working as well as possible.

I could not make  the  sss effect  althought  set light  the  back  of  stuff. maybe  my  settings  have  some  questions.

Make the Translucency  0.0 and only work with the SSS settings and the transparent Intensity

You're definitely getting SSS with the current image.  It's pretty convincing, actually, as a translucent plastic.  I have no idea what you're trying to achieve.
