Usaste Path Trace? cuantos pases? cuanto tiempo de proceso? Creo que tienes el mismo problema qeu se me presento en una imagen. Aparecen punto negros qeu no terminan de eliminarse.

The spots I believe will resolve eventually. These often are lighting issues, and occur where there is little and often no light. The effective use of indirect lighting and reflective surfaces can help resolve issues like this faster.
