Floor is a tile image and bump map 16 x 16 tiles in size. Then add a bit of reflection.
Lighting is area lights behind, spot light top right and HDRI sky (indoorspherical.hdr).

Roy/ All,Currently use AR5 with AutoCad Architecture 2017. Have, and typically use ACAD 2022, but AR5 doesn't load, so I revert back to 2017 when it's time to use AR5).Long time user...had to create new profile due to Architecture firm closing (boss retired).
