"You can grab the latest ArStudio by going to Start->AccuRender Studio Extras->Update Manager.  Scroll to the bottom of the list and install the latest version."

"Some of the engines do a better job than others with these.  The Hybrid engine in nXt work pretty well.  AccuRender Studio should handle this sort of lighting very well, with little to no performance penalty."
