AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Hi all.

Sadly the company I work for (Sven Christiansen) has gone into liquidation and is no longer trading.

As a result there is now a very high spec workstation (with monitor) and powerful render farm going spare.

These will be auctioned off by the receivers for a pittance unless there is someone in the UK who would like to put in an offer to grab them first.

The workstation is a Dell precision with dual Xeon gold processors (24 cores) and a Quadro RTX 4000 graphics card.

The render farm comprises of four dual core (80 cores) Xeon rack-mount units which take up just two rack units.

The monitor is a Benq 5K 27" (I think).

If anyone is interested please contact William O'Brien at wob@sven.co.uk.

I don't know if I will be working with Accurender in any future employment, but it's been fun while it lasted. Thanks to Roy and the team for an amazing bit of software.

Truly sad to read that Peter. Really sad. Wish you all the best for the future.

Thanks George.

Fingers crossed I can persuade a future employer to invest in Accurender. Then, in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back".

I am sure and I wish you you'll be. BTW, your nXt renders always are top notch, IMHO the best ones ever done using this considerably capable software.

I have to admit I am not using nXt anymore, for quite a long time now, having developed serious assets library for Blender and its physically based renderer Cycles during those years. The whole pipeline of passing 3D models of my architectural projects from my CAD-BIM application into Blender is really straightforward, fast and complete, so most of times any tweaks or adaptations are really required. And of course, I am very happy with the results I am getting using it :)

Hi Oebanjii,

Thank you for your kind words. It's the end of an era, but hopefully the beginning of something new.
