AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

I just pick this drawing and rendered with nxt, though i faced so many problem before getting to this point,but i will need some input to do better than this in my second attempt especially sun and lighting settings

Very nice, actually.  The background photo doesn't work.  What sort of problems did you encounter?

getting the accurate viewport,sun and radiosity  settings,but a friend was able to help out,another problem is adding plants to my model and importing ar materials ,see attached second trial

Try materials and entourage from here.

  1. Start with exterior preset.
  2. Check Specify Angles Directly.
  3. Should the camera be on the right looking towards the centre (as in the second image) then the azimuth should be around 130 to 150 (sunlight direction from the left to the centre) 
  4. Altitude between 45 and 63.
  5. Your colours are a bit flat too. Have the ISFS set to 0.07; 1.0; 0.37; 1.0
  6. The shader to to Glossy and the Highlight white.
  7. Add bump or displacement to the grass and increase the mapping scale it is tiling.
  8. Your entrance canopy needs to be more transparent since it is plastics.
