here is a good place to search. Arroway textures are still one of the best but not for free. The brick texture that you use is not that bad. If you are familiar with the "offset" filter in PS You can make the pattern seamless. I would lower the reflection  of the bricks significantly if they are not suposed to be glazed. Adding a displacement map is also a solution to improve realism but at the expense of rendering time.

I have done a new image with more texture for the floor ill upload it as soon as its done. 

Hi Alejandro, i tried to find a good map for this but was kind of limited on what i could find on the net. where do you guys find all your maps? i think i prob needed to crop this one a little more.

Hi Rick,  in my opinion you need a better map for the gray brick, it looks like  a vynil decorative paper to my eyes.  You image with  the writters names is really nice.

nice concept ,but you could do more with textures to flooring
