advanced rendering for AutoCAD
Favorite Features
Thought it would be fun to see what everyone's favorite feature of nXt is.
I have several, but one of the top 5 for me is the Pause button in the Render Window. Productivity wise, I can hit pause after only a few passes, save out the image, and start rendering again to let it finish. I can now load up my file in Photoshop, get started on adding entourage and backgrounds. Once the render is done, I can just replace it.

Mine is the ability to pause or stop the rendering at anytime and still have something to show the client.

Kevin, I do exactly the same! But for me, I'm always amazed by the quality of the first render, at the begining of the work, without setting... that's why nXt is my favorite tool. And the feature that is the best for my productivity, is the material by layer fonction, the preservation of material scale, and autocad integration. The worst is the time loading in acad, at the begining, and that it depends on the f..... bad material mapping tool of autocad.
