You need to tell Nxt where the maps for these trees are in the options.

That worked. Thanks very much. The LandMat folder from AR3 was the culprit. It was added in my search folders. I added it again and it worked... weird...

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?
Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this.
