Transparent decal background

Geetings. I'm having issues with my Decal backgrounds not rendering transparent. I've tried all the different decal file types and all the masking options but with no luck. Currently I 'blend' the background of my decal to the color of the object its placed against but this blocks out part of the surface  texture of  that object. any suggestions/recommendations? I,m using Acad2012 with AR5.…See More

"This happens on AutoCad 2008 32 bits, same on AutoCad 2010 32 bits behaves well."

"By clicking on it and checking the scale in attribute dialogue? I don't know what is causing that Akin, I am just guessing... Maybe that one is broken somehow. Did you try it in new clean drawing? Is it behaving the same?"
