"  i can´t find this format (EPX) in this folder. There´s only the option to save in jpg, tiff and png (with alpha) but not in EPIX. Is it possible that ther german version doesn´t have this choice? Can you help me? regards…"

"Piranesi is supported via the image editor.  Save the rendering in .nXtImage format and open it using the editor.  It's one of the choices under Save Tonemapped Image As..."
