Adjust Groundcover Color?

I've gone into the AR5 Plant Editor and created a groundcover.  I've traced the rather intense color of the groundcover to Leaf001.png.  If it referred to a JPG, I suppose I could edit the JPG in Photoshop to cut the color saturation back.  Is there a way to change the color saturation of the Leaf PNGs in the Plant Editor?

I don't see any way to edit the saturation for a leaf in the Plant Editor.

It looks like you will have to do it in PhotoShop.
