"Found 'Textured Mesh Support' only works with obj and 3ds Files which do not contain PBR Maps.
To 'obj' converted newer 3ds do not render in nXt :-("
advanced rendering for AutoCAD
AnXt in Sketchup
I have seen this mentioned. I use both Autocad 2007 and Sketchup 8 for modeling. Does the AnXt come usable in both or do you have to purchase seperate products?

They're completely separate products. They do share a common core, but these two are not even sold by the same people. The SketchUp product info is here.

Does the Sketchup Version have the same animation tools for flythrough as the Autocad version?

The animation tools are platform-specific-- but I believe the SketchUp ones are pretty similar to what are available in AutoCAD. I would just get an eval. copy and play with it.

Also is it possible to share material across board?
That is ME being able to load and read materials from SketchUp or Revite and AutoCAd togehter?

Materials (and plants) can be shared across all of the platforms.

OBJ Plant Issue - Diffuse Maps
Hi to anyone;maybe a similar issue as Mr.Holz announced recently, (PBR Texture question):-added a obj. plant via 'Textured Mesh Objects' widget-reassigned maps (materials showed up, but with no maps attached, (although mtl. files are in the same folder as corresponding maps and obj files)-tried to render (see 'result')So my question is: Does anybody knew about how to handle Diffuse Maps in nXt, i suspect there is no interpretation of the UV-Coordinates?Any hints and help kindly appreciated!…See More

I have used leaves from Marc Chaumier's plant library.
