Jan 2016 Update Build 355 !!!

I just upgraded to the latest Build 355 of Accurender for AutoCad but I realised I have to upgrade my licence. However, my system keeps hanging whenever I try to upgrade from within the application. Any dos and don'ts? ... or do I downgrade for stability sake? I have been off rendering for about 2 years but I got some urgent work now.
