why? I thought nXt data are loaded into memory... is this related to AutoCAD or to nXt?

Ah sorry-- yes it's possible-- no-- I'm not going to do it.  There will be a standalone version which will operate this way at some point.

I am sorry myself... I know that this request is somehow asking for something which farm already does...but, in terms of workflow, such a functionality would be helpful - especially for ACA users, who need to close rendering drawings frequently in order to update references.
