Seriously now. I would start checking ddunits, distance from origin and scale of the RPC block.

How do you check the scale of RPC block, all others ok.

By clicking on it and checking the scale in attribute dialogue? I don't know what is causing that Akin, I am just guessing...

Maybe that one is broken somehow. Did you try it in new clean drawing? Is it behaving the same?

This happens on AutoCad 2008 32 bits, same on AutoCad 2010 32 bits behaves well.
