AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

HI I am rendering what is effectively a circular hoop (actually circular handrails) but when this item is rendered it becomes a hoop with a filled in centre.

Any advise would be appreciated

Kind regards

David

Can you attach and share that model here?

Thanks,

Rich

Hi Rich

Thanks for your email

Please find attached the circular handrail drawing

It turns out there is a Circle entity in your model that we are rendering, along with the 3D Solid hoop. Maybe a circle that you used to generate the hoop?

nXt has always rendered circles as solids, although the built in Renderer in Acad does not.

Can you just delete the circle?

Rich

HI Rich.

You are correct. The circle was used as the sweep curve. I have deleted it and the nxtrender works wonderfully. It will be something that I will have to consider in future renders.

Many thanks for your help
