"HI Rich Thank you for resolving this. The hash sign is a notation from the customers piping specification. I will remove it from the layer name."

Image does not render correctly in nxt but does in autocad render

HI GuysThe pipework is generated using an external package. The majority of the pipework renders in nxt, but there are a few pipe spools that disappear. I have had a look at their properties and they appear to be the same. However the pipes do render using the AutoCAD standard render. Your help would be greatly appreciatedKind regardsDavidSee More

"HI Rich. You are correct. The circle was used as the sweep curve. I have deleted it and the nxtrender works wonderfully. It will be something that I will have to consider in future renders.  Many thanks for your help"

Rich Hart replied to David Leigh's discussion Settings for rendering a hoop
"It turns out there is a Circle entity in your model that we are rendering, along with the 3D Solid hoop. Maybe a circle that you used to generate the hoop? nXt has always rendered circles as solids, although the built in Renderer in Acad does…"

Rich Hart replied to Andrew Uno's discussion Help: Need to increase the DPI of nXtRenderings
"The trick to just change the DPI in PhotoShop is to uncheck Resample Image.  Then the number of pixels in the image remains the same. This is explained here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/image-size-resolution.html"

Rich Hart replied to Andrew Uno's discussion Help: Need to increase the DPI of nXtRenderings
"Right. You can use a program like PhotoShop to specify that the DPI is 300. That doesn't change the number of pixels in the image, but simply changes the size that it prints to. You would want to use the same program that your art department…"

"During the first 30 days of the trial period, you can render to any pixel size that you want. So, by setting the paper size to 8.5 x 11.00, you will get a rendering of 2550 x 3300 pixels at 300 DPI, as shown below: After the 30 day trial period,…"
