saludos

Fantastic work Dario! Rendering has that "real" feel of greenery, humidity, sun and air.

Just two things that strike me (absolutely subjectively though):

1. I don't like the tree in the middle of the pool. It will fill water with fallen leaves and twinks as well as bird's... hm, you know what :D So it should be seriously reconsidered by customers :)

2. Stone-made open passage between two houses. It should have some sign of supporting horizontal beam (even though stone material may be done as tiles, to "explain" the whole thing "optically"), as real stones couldn't be built without it.

I like very much the use of some materials, making this rendering one of the best exteriors ever posted here. I would let it cook further to better resolve areas in shadow. Great work, really great.
