I am basically self taught on AccuRender and I just learn as I go, but What settings would be best for a scene like this in order to achieve realistic shadowing?  As a side note, in all of my renderings, I like to have the "light source" my head basically.  But I am open to any suggestions.

For shadows use the default exterior preset and change the sun angle to manual and reposition it.
