advanced rendering for AutoCAD

I work here with Acad 2015, AR5 and Comotion and very large 3D Autocad architecture files. 300MB and more.
As soon as I render in AR5 synonymous everything is good.
Depending on the resolution I have, AR5 or Autocad crashes.
How big can 3D models be in Acad or Ar5 so that Acad or AR5 does not crash?
I am always annoyed when Acad or AR5 crashes.
Have others also made this experience and problems with large files?

Je nach dem, welche Auflösung ich habe, stürzt AR5 oder Autocad ab.
Wie gross dürfen 3D Modelle in Acad oder Ar5 sein, damit Acad oder AR5 nicht abstürzt?
Ich ärgere mich immer, wenn Acad oder AR5 abstürzt.
Haben andere auch diese Erfahrung und Probleme mit grossen Dateien gemacht??

I have now tested in Acad times a little further.
I then got this error message.
Who can tell me what that means?

Roy/ All,Currently use AR5 with AutoCad Architecture 2017. Have, and typically use ACAD 2022, but AR5 doesn't load, so I revert back to 2017 when it's time to use AR5).Long time user...had to create new profile due to Architecture firm closing (boss retired).
