advanced rendering for AutoCAD
Hi guys, I never use lighting schemes, can somebody explain me how this work?

When you are through setting up the lighting of a scene, sun azimuth and altitude, sky, backgrounds etc you save it.
When next you need a similar lighting say a night scene rendering, just the perivous saved one without having to do all the setting up again.

Thanks Akin. So this is very useful for exterior shots. Affects only daylight? Save the HDRI intensity also? What happen with interior lightning?

With interior settings after the initial rendering and saved as *.Nxt format, you adjust and tweak with the IE till desired setting(s) and save the light schemes.
This you can then load in Nxt (AutoCad) and render again.
Unfortunately lighting schemes files don't keep fog information.
Haa, never had a cause to use fog yet.
