AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

At time I launch AutoCad and it freezes at this point(see attach image) No amount of wait makes it thaw except the three button salute. Occasionally the PC needs rebooting as launching autocad agin with a reboot results to the same thing.

This rarely happens with AutoCad 2007, but does with 2012 and 2013.

What could be wrong?

Nothing to do with nXt.  Hard to say, but it looks like something in your AutoCAD startup folder is causing a failure.  It could be the Tailors app. although the opendcl that gets tagged onto the end of the command line looks suspicious. The fact that you're running mutltiple versions of AutoCAD simultaneously could also be a clue.

Does it actually shut Windows down?  If not, just shut it down using the Process tab on Task Manager.

It does not shut windows, and nxt has nothing to do with it, just that lots of time no problem only once in a while.

is OpenDCL starting up from an ACAD.LSP? If it is, move it out of there and place it in the StartUp Suite in APPLOAD. Also, what are all of the items in your startup? It is more than likely something following OpenDCL.

Here is the present content of my startup suite.
